Questions about the card

Which memory card does the Z50 take?

One card slot, SD with the UHS-I bus. Any SDXC UHS-I card works for photos; a UHS-II card works too, at UHS-I speed. For 4K video, use a card rated V30 or faster.

Does the Z50 take UHS-II cards?

A UHS-II card fits and works, but the Z50's slot has the UHS-I bus, so it runs at UHS-I speed. A good UHS-I card is enough.

Does the Z50 have two card slots?

No, it has one card slot, like every Nikon Z camera in our catalogue.
